Trump Tower Manila Milestones

Century Properties Group Inc., the fastest growing property developer in the Philippines that has successfully launched projects with renowned global brands, announced major milestones for its latest property development, Trump Tower Manila.

Trump Tower Manila has pre-sold more than half of its units since its soft launch in September 2011. The over 220 unit residential skyscraper, which will be one of the Philippines’ tallest at 250 meters, is now 67 percent sold.

A large number of the development’s buyers are well-heeled Filipino professionals based both locally and abroad, many of them from the Asia-Pacific region as well as the Middle East, United States, and Europe. Trump Tower Manila’s stellar sales report comes at a fortuitous time. The project was proclaimed by the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012 as the Best Residential High-rise in the Philippines, a true testament given the amount of projects being built in the region. The official announcements and awarding rites were held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on April 27.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards and its award winners’ logo is recognized as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.
